How do we make them?
Behind the scenes : this is how we manufacture our Food Crayons

An artisanal process
Our Food Crayons are handcrafted in small batches in the kitchen of our workshop located in the South-West of Montreal, overlooking the Lachine Canal.
This is an artisanal process where we blend natural ingredients: infusions, spices, vegetable juices, and fruit purées.
After heating them to the right temperature, we add agar-agar, a plant-based gelling agent extracted from seaweed, to achieve the desired texture. The salt and apple cider vinegar in the recipe allow for natural preservation for up to 12 months.
