Ingredients: 200g dark chocolate 70% 100g butter 4 eggs 1 tablespoon sugar 1 pinch of salt Preparation: Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Crack the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Using a whisk, mix the sugar with the egg yolks. Then, mix the melted chocolate with the butter into the sweetened egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding a pinch of salt. Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture with a fork until a smooth mousse forms. Spoon the mixture into ramekins and place in the freezer for 20 minutes to set the mousse. Add shavings of Ghost Pepper Crayon!
