Maple Syrup Crepes | Tangerine & Cinnamon Food Crayon

Ingredients for about twenty crepes:

  • 12 tbsp flour
  • 8 tbsp sugar
  • A good pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp orange blossom water
  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • A little oil for frying the crepes in the pan

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add the milk and adjust the texture until it's liquid.
  3. Let the batter rest for an hour. Whisk again and add a little more milk if the texture is too thick.
  4. Cook your crepes in a well-heated pan. Grease the pan with a little oil on a paper towel regularly.
  5. Generously pour maple syrup over your crepes.
  6. Shave a few slivers of the Tangerine & Cinnamon Crayon on top.
