Maple Syrup Crepes | Tangerine & Cinnamon Food Crayon

Ingredients for about twenty crepes:
- 12 tbsp flour
- 8 tbsp sugar
- A good pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp orange blossom water
- 1/2 liter of milk
- A little oil for frying the crepes in the pan
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the milk and adjust the texture until it's liquid.
- Let the batter rest for an hour. Whisk again and add a little more milk if the texture is too thick.
- Cook your crepes in a well-heated pan. Grease the pan with a little oil on a paper towel regularly.
- Generously pour maple syrup over your crepes.
- Shave a few slivers of the Tangerine & Cinnamon Crayon on top.
