Roasted Pineapple with Sliced Almonds | Banana Rum Crayon

Ingredients:

  • 1 pineapple
  • Brown sugar
  • Butter
  • Sliced almonds
  • Caramel

Preparation:

  1. Slice the pineapple into thin rounds.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan.
  3. Place the pineapple slices in the pan and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  4. Flip the pineapple slices and sprinkle them again with brown sugar.
  5. Add more butter and brown sugar to the pan until a caramel forms.
  6. Cook until the pineapple becomes golden.
  7. Serve with a caramel sauce, sliced almonds, and shavings of the Banana Rum Crayon.
