Ingredients: Sushi rice Rice vinegar Cucumber Red bell pepper Avocado Sesame seeds Bluefin tuna Spicy mayonnaise 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon olive oil Preparation: Cook the sushi rice. Add 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar to the cooked rice. Let it rest. Cut the tuna into cubes. Place 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and olive oil on the tuna, then set aside.
