Grilled Salmon & Asian Salad | Umami Crisp Original

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • Shredded cabbage, carrot, cucumber, edamame, mango, cilantro
  • Roasted cashews
  • 3–4 tbsp Umami Crisp
  • Dressing: lime juice + soy sauce + neutral oil + sesame oil + honey + ginger

Direction

  • Marinate the salmon (soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic) for 15 min
  • Salad: mix vegetables + mango + herbs + dressing
  • Grill the salmon for 3–4 min per side
  • Assemble: salad → salmon → generous spoonful of Umami Crisp
