Ramen Bowl | Umami Crisp Spicy

Ingredients

  • 2 servings of fresh or instant ramen noodles
  • 1 L broth (chicken, pork, or vegetable)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin (or honey)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • Toppings: sliced grilled pork, chicken, tofu, or shrimp
  • Shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, baby corn, green onions
  • 2–3 tbsp Umami Crisp

Direction

  • Broth: heat the broth + soy sauce + mirin + sesame oil
  • Noodles: cook according to package instructions, drain, and place in a large bowl
  • Topping: add meat/tofu, cooked vegetables, soft-boiled egg
  • Umami Time: add a generous spoonful of Umami Crisp on top
